Void is heavily shaded by an indigenous landscape and holds courtyards within to facilitate the free flow of air. The porosity from the courtyards ensures easy ventilation and maintains interconnection.
Principal Architect Manuraj CR designed a contemporary house to provide the occupants with a relaxed life that is always connected with their land and nature.

What a beautiful house! I could imagine living there. It's so friendly and comfortable, and I love the courtyards. I wouldn't call it minimalist, though. Minimalism is not just about simple design choices and uncluttered spaces. It is also about having less... ;-)).

Excellent..design, given importance to greenery, lighting, open space and soothing colors
Even the interior wood, sofa colors are soothing . Sofa colors are good given importance to retired life plus teenagers interest.
Jaali's gives traditional look with red and white combinations gives traditional folk look.
Budha with pebbles are good, conduit lighting is nice.
As you said given importance to client's vision is the main aspect behind a successful architectural designed housem

I feel Approximately it may be around 85L to 1Cr construction + full Interior cost
It will be around 1.2 cr. to 1.5cr.
Build up area is 5100 approx. 5100*2400 is 1.22 crores. Plus gate, compound wall, tank, and solar come to around 10 lakhs. Arch fee around 8-12 lakhs. Interior 15 lakhs. The total budget must be around 1.55 CRS :)

4) this plot is in Delhi so u can believably immagine how G + 4 fassion has corrupted the festivity of a house
5) ground will be complete parking
6) please help in G + 4 plan where in first floor will be considered as a ground floor
7) need 7 bedroom but if that's a pressure then immaculately ready to digest 6 bedroom, house within appartment like privacy

These are large space area houses .What if the space is small like my house I have 30*36 feet size north east facing. I'm planning to make room with attached bathroom and a drawing cum living area and a kitchen around 12*10 size with a car parking and exterior stairs with a back courtyard cum utility area for cross ventilation. Having problems .Is there any solution

The house looks phenomenal but Too many courtyards I guess,,even with no architectural expertise I can tell that greenery should be substantial not superfluous. Don't they have an insect problem with too many green spaces inside, also these spaces aren't maintenance free. Wonder if the layout could have been simpler without excessive green areas. Also the beaming trend suggests that indoor green spaces have now become architectural aesthetics and may we call them sculptural pieces, they reflect it as if these are customary inside the home if you want to call it minimalist, sustainable green and ultra modern.?

the architecture and finish is stunning.
But your plant choice is totally and frighteningly non native. And uninteresting. Especially given that Kerala is a treasure trove fabulous native plants.
Those plants are bio appropriate for our tropical climate. Non- native plants are not a sin. Invasive are, and none shown here are invasive. Most of the plants we have in kerala currently were not native to Kerala, they are all mostly native to South East Asian countries.
@@aleenaprasannan2146 invasive is an issue. bio appropriate simply dodges the core issue, our native creatures have co evolved and adapted to our native vegetation for food and home. non natives do not support our creatures.
@@girijabhaskar4227 And bio appropriate means they can support the native fauna just like native plants. All plants in every region was once non native to it. We actually get too strung up on nativity and forget that plants naturally want to spread their range and new islands get their flora through bird droppings that fly over it. We are just like those birds who increase the range. Having more non native plants is actually better for ecosystem because it will promote crossing and increases genetic diversity. Increased genetic diversity means the plants will have better chances to survive diseases.
Non- natives only become a problem if it outcompetes any native flora which is a sole supporter for any particular species or if it is invasive. As long as it doesn't harm local fauna it's only better to add genetic diversity.
We have had plants like tapioca, passion fruit, bimbili, several types of citrus and so many non-native plants introduced to our land that contributes to supporting our insects and animals
